Contract: Removal & disposal of one 65 tonne Overhead Gantry Crane and three external frames in excess of 20m high.

Duration: 3 months

The crane spanned 50.8 metres and was in excess of 20metres above floor level. For the removal of the crane beams a 500t and two 250t Hydraulic canes were utilised. Each beam weighed 90t and they were lowered (separately) to the ground in two lifts using the 500t crane and both 250t cranes.

Dismantle and removal of six external uprights and gantry runner beams.

Once the beams were on the ground they were further reduced in size for transport to our processing facility in Dardanup where they were then processed ready for export.
